Notice of Annual General Meeting
All members are advised that the 2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Garnduwa Amboorny Wirnan Aboriginal Corporation will take place as follows:

Time: 3:00pm
Location: Broome Sports House, Unit 2/23 Coghlan Street, Broome WA
Alternate Locations: Members may also join via Microsoft Teams from their local Garnduwa office.
Members are encouraged to arrive early to confirm their details on the membership register.
Agenda includes:
Welcome, apologies and confirmation of quorum
Confirmation of 2024 AGM minutes and matters arising
CEO, Directors and Financial Reports
Election of Directors
Appointment of Auditor for the next financial year
Other business and questions from the floor
Members may appoint a proxy in accordance with Rule 4.12 of the Garnduwa Rule Book.
A proxy form is available for download below and must be submitted to Garnduwa at least 48 hours before the meeting.
